I have been working at Unilever full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Pays well, flexible work schedule

Cons

limited room for career advancement. Seems the more incompetent you were, the higher up in the company you could go.

    Pros

Unilever is a great place to learn, employs really smart people, and has great resources to work with and awesome benefits

    Cons

As with any large company, getting things done can be quite challenging. Pay too much attention to test results without using intuition.
