A failing work culture. A half decade of focusing on "brands with purpose" has resulted in an inefficient, unmotivated, and overworked workforce. Leadership has clearly been more focused on improving how they look to the media than actually driving growth and building a culture where employees feel like they are working towards something together. Unless you are at the end of your career and looking for a place to float through your final working years, you're better off developing your skills and staying competitive in your career at a company that's actually developing their employees.
