    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Union Bank N.A. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good benefits with exception of their health insurance, which it is extremely expensive.
some people grow within the bank, but it is very political.

    Cons

totally lock of regard for financial advisors, they are treated as sales assistants. There is lack of guidance and no clear expectation from senior management. Change the title or change the behavior towards them...

    Advice to Management

Have a manual for new employees; the first few months is very stressful as you have no idea what to do or who to ask.
Have clear guidelines and expectations. Have a different manager for the FAs that can advocate for them... that could help so it is not just one voice (the Senior Financial Advisor's voice)
