    Pros

-Participated in a year-round internship. Good experience in which one is doing actual work, especially if hired to be a year-round intern. The work is not boring and is interesting as one is essentially working on their own campaign to assist in helping the marketing and sales efforts of the company. This experience is necessary if one wants to stay in the company and have strong career prospects. - Provide a 1500 dollar relocation benefit (before tax) and summer housing. Depending on how much you earn in a year, money taken out for taxes can be returned in a tax refund.

    Cons

-Pay. Though it is good, if one is looking for higher pay negotiation is not going to happen. The maximum one can get for a year-round internship is 18 per hour and it is based on class standing (ie. freshman, sophomore, etc.) Basically drops a dollar every year down. Summer interns are salaried, about 3000 give or take 300 bucks per month. -Sometimes had massive issues with connecting interns with needed technology for their job when they initially started work. They are working out the kinks, but it delayed and gave a few other interns a sour taste of the company. Personally, not that bad of an issues if you recognize there is a global pandemic and the company was not ready to conduct remote work on such a large scale.
