Large Layoffs = Do More with Less

    Pros

Some of the people there are great. Good bonus structure if you start out good. If you have one bad year you pay for it the following years. I received pension which was amazing. Unfortunately, the pension is no longer offer to new hires. If you don’t make anyone mad and work hard you can move up fast.

    Cons

Work is spread thin. Most people do not like their job or the Sr staff. Turnover has increased. The landscape of the departments is different. A lot of people are new at the entry and mid level.
