I have been working at Uniqlo Usa part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Flexible schedule, discount on clothes, cool co-workers, opportunity for advancement, great job if you're in school, part-time work

Cons

Customer service training is too canned, make sure that you're always aware of time because Supervisors and Managers of Duty are on top of you if you waste just 1 minute getting a task done, some tasks are impossible to get done, some unrealistic expectations, some overnight shifts every 3 months to do inventory, minimum wage pay, they forget that you're human and will make mistakes (especially if you are new).

I have been working at Uniqlo Usa part-time

    Pros

Fun, typical retail hours. You get what you put in with this one. Useful discount percentage. They really hire good coworkers at this company. You get experience, good for working at other places.

    Cons

"Supervisors" hug their clipboards and don't do much else to help at busy hours. Favoritism gets you promoted. period.

    Advice to Management

Try to change the idea that "the more you make, the less work you actually do."

I have been working at Uniqlo Usa full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Learn a lot about retail and customer service, fast promotion and raises, 30% discount, nice music playlist, cool people

    Cons

3pm-12am shift is annoying if you have a life. Management is too strict on lateness, call outs, smiling, yes smiling !!!!
associates have clean the store, break room and customer bathrooms. 16hrs work week in peak season ! All black dress code. Management is unstable every week there are new rules. They put up the work schedule for next a day or too before which mean you can plan anything you basically have no life hence the name "SLAVE SHIP" Ohh and the A/C never works in summer #slaveship

    Advice to Management

    Reevaluate your administrative skills
