Pros
Friendly and helpful staff (Before they all hand their notices in or disappear without a trace)
There’s a park next to the office in which you can cry, see all the doggos and search for new jobs in privacy.
If you love constant stress, working unpaid out of office hours at the drop of a hat (cos who needs well structured management am I right?), put under constant scrutiny by management and being backed into a corner but infantile customers who like to throw their toys out of the pram when they can’t follow simple instructions, I think you’ll fit right in sunshine.
Writing birthday and leaving cards is a good 2 minute break before being bombarded with more work.
Office pets!! Well, I don’t know if it was signed off by management but the mice in the kitchen, cardboard boxes & colleagues drawers was a cute surprise!
“We would like an actual living wage.”
“Nahh you don’t want that! We’ll take you go-karting instead. We’ll pay towards it!”
“
Oh that’s nice! So it’s all free?”
”When we said “we” we actually mean you’re paying”
Nothing built up my trust with the company better than when Management & HR would blatantly lie to my face and blame their legality mishaps on you despite having it all in writing prior
The company's attitude to mental health was top notch! "Feeling stressed? Here's a polystyrene stress ball!"
That guy who looked like Ross Kemp’s abandoned half brother who rolls up and walks round the office undermining/threatening to fire people is genuinely the nicest man I’ve met
Cons
None I can think of. Honestly I’m struggling
