I have been working at Unisys full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. Benefits & Compensation - no variable pay until you reach management levels
    2. Flexible working hours - and you are allowed to work from home no matter when you want
    3. There is a dress code but no one follows it strictly. You can come to work in jeans and trust me you will not feel the odd one out

    Cons

    1. Very difficult - rather impossible to get things going
    2. work culture - resistance to change
    3. Decision making is extremly slow
    4. most people do not have even an hour's worth work in a day

    Advice to Management

Bring in some energy and get things going. Also the utilization is very low.. you are paying most people for free
