Pros

1. Managers are Encouraging and supporting, those in the US specially
2. Chance to work with people from all over the world.
3. Unisys university provides materials on cutting edge technologies.
4. Encourages innovative thinking.
5. Work from home facility.
6. Very friendly crowd.
7. Back on track after recession

Cons

1. Long timeframes to make decisions.
2. Facilities can be improved

    I worked at Unisys full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    If you want to grow by showing your talent, this is the best place!! Great support from managers. They will provide the requirements and facilities to reach to the desired goal.

    Cons

    Processes are not much streamlined. Projects are screwed because of lack of proper processes.
    Low salary.

    Advice to Management

    Use processes from the starting of a project.

    Pros

    They give you good trainings but it has no application in the work you do

    Cons

    Poor middle management, hardly any R&D work and all they do is maintenance of their products

    Support and encourage any suggestions and innovative ideas by employees
