    Pros

    Lots of projects so continual work, no lack of opportunities to learn new technologies

    Cons

    Poor judgement of employees and incentive to keep highly dependable people. Padding management more than the people that are actually doing the work

    Advice to Management

    Change your culture and reward the people that are performing for you as opposed to bringing in unproven people from the outside at higher salaries.
