Pros

Good benefits, openness to accept new ideas and approaches, time off, informality

Cons

Very political; depends on who you know and report to. Salary administration and levels are out of step. Not enough career paths or movement between different areas.

Advice to Management

Loosen tight senior management control, spend more on development of new and innovative ideas.

    Pros

Co-workers were great. Management allowed flexibility to pursue your interests. Great balance between work and home life. At it's peak a great place to work.

    Cons

Over the years, upper management has changed the direction of the company so many times that its own customers do't know what they do. Total compensation has dropped dramatically over the last 5 years.

    Advice to Management

Pick a direction for the company and stick with it. Cutting benefits for regular employees and keeping excessive pay for upper management is not right.

    Pros

My immediate supervisor and coworkers were a good, (albeit not knowledgeable), group to work with. Most of the regular employees were nice.

    Cons

Upper management was horrible. Communication did not exist and working conditions were unsatisfactory. Micromanagement abound. One was expected to support technology that was not even present in the call center. And that is EXACTLY what it is. You have a certain amount of time you can be on a call. Don't be too slow BUT don't work to quickly, they will give you a whole other client to work on IN ADDITION to the one you are currently working with. The long timers are jumping ship over the constantly decreasing pay and increasing work load. Not to mention, so many corners are cut there that the HR department for the non- contracted employees is across the country!

    Advice to Management

Micromanagement does not make for a pleasant working environment. Also, provide some real computers to work on. The documentation for people trying to do their job on the phones is poorly constructed and outdated.
