Frequent changes in leaders and org chart have resulted in lack of continuity and frequent churn
United and Continental airlines merger still impacting culture and it will take more time to settle on an aligned culture

    Pros

    You get flight benefits which is awesome, you can basically fly for free anywhere in the US and at a minimal fee international

    Cons

    Travel a lot for work to gather data and when that happens, your working hours go from 40 to 70-80 hours a week.

    Advice to Management

    They consider you like a co worker, an employee. Therefore, you have a lot of responsibilities which is great and your manager usually teaches you a lot.
