I have been working at United Airlines full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Most departments within I.T worked well together, to complete projects or requests.

    Cons

Even with the extensive documentation, many divisions are not clear on who is responsible for what solution, where that server(s) may sit, and what the SLA is for that server(s).

    Advice to Management

It should not be common conversation that "a re-org is just around the corner", talking to any Senior Manager or Director every six months.
