I worked at United Airlines full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Big company with industry leading attractive travel benifits, and can be shared with family and friends. Great tranining system and opportunity for each employee.

Cons

Big company always face too much bureaucracy. You cannot solve problems in a short time period. It's very hard to climb on the career ladder.

Advice to Management

improve your emploee productivity. especially in US.

    Pros

    You get to travel all over the globe including your spouse, children, parents, and grandparents. You also get buddy passes for any one of your friends to use

    Cons

    Pay lower than other places and the travel its getting harder to do as a standby. Having friends use buddy passes can get expensive so make sure they pay you!
