WORST RESEVE SYSTEM IN THE INDUSTRY - long 24 hour reserve (no shifts) - can be called any time of the day or night making it hard to figure out when to sleep - reserves cant work out of base -reserves cant trade long hours that go unpaid not paid for boarding not paid more than $2/hour when on a layover for days disciplined for being sick (even with a doctors note Union doesn't do much (most junior employees still get furloughed with no negotiations or consideration) terrible contract -schedluing manipulates numbers to make trip trading impossible
