Positive Outlook

I worked at United Cerebral Palsy part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Flexible hours, great staff, good pay for part time work, no prior experience necessary, staff is very accommodating to your class schedule and travel arrangements

Cons

Can get a bit hectic at times if you are not a patient person, no real opportunity for growth within the company, most of the days are the same during the school year no real change in activities or schedules

Advice to Management

Need better communication between Service coordinators and inclusion facilitators.
