(1.) Negative information regarding the company is not disseminated properly. Months may go by before some are privy to negative ratings or market sentiment.
(2.) Vacation time is based on a series of ranges with an employee receiving 10 days, if employed for 1-5 years.
(3.) Systems are completely deficient and prehistoric.

Advice to Management

(1.) Sell to a larger institution and accept retirement offers.

    Pros

    Great foot in the door job for people starting out in banking. Learn the basics such as spreading and preparing cash flow for financial analysis.

    Cons

    Starting pay is very low and depending on where you are, job progression can be slow; causing job turnover to happen to frequently.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate more to employees and have consistent meetings with your employees on how they can continue to grow as an employee and to encourage them to stay.
