    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at United Home Care full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The Director of Nursing really has a passion for the patients and wants to do the right thing. Unfortunately, the decisions made the DON are frequently overruled by upper management.

    Cons

CEO and the management team do not have high ethical standards. Many times corners are cut to save money which negatively impacts patients, employees, as well as their protected health information. Professional licenses are put at risk every day because of things the management team expects employees to overlook.

    Advice to Management

Focus less on the bottom line and more on your patients and employees. Comply with rules and regulations as to not put your employees professional licensure and careers at risk.
