I worked at United Information Technologies as a contractor

    Pros

I worked as a consultant and it was great for flexibility if cause I did not want full-time work. I made a nice amount of $$ in a short amount of time. The recruiters and staff were great to work with.

    Cons

Work assignment opportunities are dependent on location/skill set and client budget which can mean lower assignment opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Develop recruiters to seek transferable skill sets for assignments - this creates a win/win
