Pros

pay is good,benefits,freedom to work on your own.Traveling in winter wasn`t fun having to go to each account in territory.

Cons

Management frowned on taking time off if you have an emergency and have to take time off.Pay for mileage sucked.

    More communication nationally both east and west. Balance would be nice. Seems like trying to follow to much of how Performance Foods operated since most upper management are being recruited from there.

    Pros

    the pay is fine and the benefits are good.the workers are nice people.a lot of people work for united natural.

    Cons

    slave drivers that don't care about any thing more then the $$$$$$$$$$$ If you don't bow down to the big shots you will be gone.Very big turnover in the warehouse.

    Advice to Management

    Treat people with dignity that are the back bone to your success.Listen to your employees and stop playing favorites among employees. Some people are very much on a power trip to no end.
