Hours are good. Pay is fair. No weekends, except 1 every ten weeks or so. In-store management team positive to work for. Good benefits

    Cons

    Unreliable Management

Lack of Trust from Upper Management
Make promises they do not keep
No truthful to customers- just worried about the bottom dollar

    Advice to Management

Don't fire people to bring in some managers friends. I was hired because I had a degree and the person that replaced me does not even speak English.
