    Pros

Most Employees were very good to deal with
    Great benefits
    Close to home

    Cons

Very difficult to move up in the company
Would be required to work long hours in a day, or be "on call" and if you got called out in the middle of the night for say 4 hours, instead of paying you overtime they would require you to come in 4 hours late 2 days after you were called out.
There was nothing to make you want to be there, they removed all employee perks.
    Very poor Management.
Pay was minimal for the work done. (i've worked at places with less pay and were a100 times more enjoyable)

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees and they will more than take care of you.

    Pros

The salary structure is competetive. The medical, dental and vision benefits are very good. The large number of locations provides opportunities for advancement and also the ability to relocate.
There are areas where the company has benefitted from good personnel and strong leadership, it is in these locations where it is possible a enjoyable and successful career with a single company.

    Cons

In some districts advancement depends on favoritism and kowtowing over ability and experience. This company is losing a lot of talented employees to their competition because of poor management.
Policies are selectivly enforced. Safety is preached but often overlooked when it conflicts with profitability or expediance.

    Advice to Management

Eliminate the aerial division, the aerial stores don't rent anything that isn't carried at the general locations. The extra locations only serve to increase costs and inter-company competition.
