Pros

Very friendly, willing to share knowledge, team atmosphere.

Cons

Don't really feel job is secure, a little on edge. Seem to "let go" of people in groups, kind of demeaning and humiliating.

Advice to Management

Continue promoting team work and leadership.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Birmingham, MI

    Pros

being an inside account executive you don't have to drive around all day. In the winter it is nice not to drive in the snow.

    Cons

Management is always micromanaging you. It is always a struggle to get any time off. If you want just one day off, you have to give a good reason why.

    Advice to Management

Be more empathetic with their employees. Let them realize that we do have families outside of work. Bring more of a team work environment compared to a scared to ask questions because you wonder if you are going to get fired. Promote people because of work ethics or to someone that has earned a promotion compared to people that are friends or relatives of sr. management.
