      When you get employed by them they will recruit you and tell you that its mandatory that you go on all the review sites and rate them as high as you can so that they dont have such a bad review score.

      Cons

      Those false reviews won't help because this company still is, and will continue to be hot garbage.

      The work itself is easy and entry-level. Any moderately handy person could do this job.

      Cons

      Professionals ought to stay away. You are not valued. Your sole purpose is to make the company money. Unfocused, out-of-touch upper management expects you to treat this like a career while paying next to nothing. Lots of pointless, metrics-driven zoom meetings.
