The many locations give opportunities to transfer and learn new positions. The company is safety oriented and quick to give recognition. The employee assistance programs are great and have activities outside working hours. Gym membership is paid for and surrounding area is nice.

    Cons

Bad managers are kept in the company and moved around even if they discriminate against medical issues. Benefits package has been slashed due to loss of some contracts.
