I have been working at United States Space & Rocket Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Amazing learning experiences with kids from all over the country and all over the world. Hands-on experience working with many wonderful individuals with disabilities. Fantastic life experience working at the country's largest STEM camp. A huge focus on employee morale and well being.

    Cons

Communication can be a little lacking at times but things are certainly getting better now. Little things can get easily overlooked in the busy summer season.

I worked at United States Space & Rocket Center part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people I met and the people I worked with were the best part of my job, apart from my inherited and lifelong NASA-nerdiness.

    Cons

The management is not very consistent in rule enforcement or sympathetic to extenuating circumstances.

    Advice to Management

Let people do the jobs described by the job titles you hired them for.
