Pros

Round table and focus group discussions to improve business processes and communication.

Cons

Offsite management of local supervisors promoted bias treatment, low accountablity, and high tolerance for low morale.

Advice to Management

On site management of supervisors is a must. A supervisor training program should be implemented to ensure certain skill sets equal or exceed those they are leading.

    Pros

They believe in fostering a family working working environment, they often promote from within, willing to provide or offer training resources to enhance ones career track, lots of headquarter resources to refer to when needed,

    Cons

Not enough positions available at the entry level, because the job is so well liked, older employees are reluctant to retire from senior positions, which limits advancement opportunities, A hard company to get into because no one wants to leave.

    Pros

Tries to do the right thing by it's employees if you are in the right group.

    Cons

Company is a little dysfunctional and does not understand shipping/receiving and customer service

    Advice to Management

Figure out what the customer wants/expects and make it happen. Policies are written to protect internal processes first and not satisfy the customer.
