    Approves of CEO

    Pros

I have a great boss and respect her because I learned so much! These are tough times so I am thankful to be here.

    Cons

They are one of the unusual companies that are flying people all over the place these days. My goodness, I am so surprised by the travel. Working with clinical people is such a challenge but they help us to understand their point of view.

    Advice to Management

We just need to keep improving our relations with the clinical leaders. I love living in Dallas, but sometimes I feel like I am away from my coworkers and clinical contacts little too much.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Lots of centers located throught United States and the UK, so transferring is a great option. The surgery center atmosphere is a lot less stressful than the hospital. No weekends or holidays. Very minimal call.

    Cons

My specific center did not have very supportive management that encouraged open communication. Unfortunately,if your personality clashes with the clinical coordinator's you don't have a chance at success.

    Advice to Management

Look at each employee for their unique capabilities and abilities. There are a lot of roads leading to the same destination and there is never an end to learning from each other.
