No opinion of CEO

Pros

Great experience for co-ops, most of the co-workers are extremely helpful and want the co-ops to succeed - they understand that co-ops come in with little to no knowledge and are more than willing to help

Cons

They have no real program in place to hire co-ops. They train them well but then when hiring time comes they string the co-ops along saying they want to hire them but they are not sure what positions are available for full time until other companies have snatched them up
