    No opinion of CEO

I worked at UnitedHealth Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free state licensing, but they make up for it by not telling you what to expect and half-ass information.

    Cons

Douche bag trainer - their so called client (United Healthcare) acting holier-than-thou - no mentoring even for brand new agents - BS commission structure - systems never fully working, making agents arrive at least 15 minutes early to make up for it (unpaid) - constant access issues - parading around as a health and technology company when they are just a crappy business process outsourcing - Don't waste your time unless you are very serious about an insurance career for some reason and just want a free state license.

    Advice to Management

None - I hope you lose your jobs too.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They definitely sell you at the beginning with how great the job is going to be. Plus, they gave me job at a dire time. I didn't have to show anything. They will hire ANYone. If you consider this a "pro"....which I no longer do.

    Cons

Don't believe a word. Get EVERYthing in writing. Don't expect your bonuses to come through. Don't expect management to strive for excellence or care about much of anything. Sit it your cubicle, take your calls, and don't even think about having a mind of your own. No one even checks to ensure that what you are doing is moral, accurate, or efficient. The goals are always set beyond reach and are unattainable.

    Advice to Management

Replace yourselves with actual decent working class human beings.
