Pros

Good pay, telecommuting options for new employees, co-workers who care about you. PTO time is generous for the most part.

Cons

Work life balance is only so-so even even when you work from home. PTO more than a week at a time is debated. A ton of work, with short deadlines.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees who are in the trenches. Sometimes management tends to side with other management even though the employees are closer to the details.
