    Pros

    Per visit compensation is $135.00 to include $95.00 per assessment $20.00 for travel and $20.00 for case write-up.

    Cons

    Schedulers are unable to fill a providers patient appointment slots. Patients frequently cancel. IT equipment outdated. Home Health Assignments based on mileage from providers home while traffic patterns (going into Phildelphia) may cause extremely lengthy commuting times.

    Advice to Management

    Scheduling department needs competent leadership/management to be effective.

    The work was interesting and rewarding
    The best company I've worked for regarding Work From Home

    Cons

    Management will throw everyone under the bus to make themselves look good to fellow management
    Big bureaucracy in regards to having to get anything done requires months and multipe approvals and layers of management.

    Advice to Management

    The reason UHC pumps its corporate culture so much is that UHC's management is so bad that it needs it.
