I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I learned the position of being a health insurance agent. I worked with many great co-workers.
I learned to be great in sales.

    Cons

Things are always changing at this company, for example you move to different teams 4 times in
one year. The managers will promise you the world from training class on and not deliver on what
they promise. You will not get the Pay For Performance that they promise you. You do not have job
security here, no matter how good you are as an agent. They will micro-manage you here and not
treat you like you have a brain in your head and there is a huge number of highly intelligent people
with diverse background that can be a real plus for the company. Instead of paying for training
and keeping good employees, they would rather have an atmosphere of revolving agents.

    Advice to Management

If you are going to spend a lot of money training good people, do your best to keep them as an employee.
Have some integrity and do what you say you will do. It's very hard to have respect for a company who will
    lie to you.
