          Pros

          I can work independently there.

          Cons

          Pay is horrible, no overtime is allowed period! If you get overtime you have to take it off by coming in late, leave early or take a longer lunch. I have to plan my time-off that doesn't involve Friday afternoons (stupid me, I try) I don't really mind cross-training, but not for the entire clinic.
