      Pros

      Employees are motivated to get projects/products completed on time, under budget, and with little or no drama. They listen...

      Cons

      Some UMG execs neeed an IT trainiing course or two. .. Too many projects/products in the pipeline, but not enough programmers to support the deliverables and schedule.

          They use diversity and inclusion as a pr/ brand advocacy campaign, but in practicality, the company is not suited or equipped to work with any forms of diversity and inclusion.

        I am hopeful I’ll get an offer soon. I have an upcoming 10-day trip in 2 months and am wondering when is the right time to bring it up/negotiate time off: When they send me the offer? If yes, do I tell HR or try to reach out to the manager? When I start the job? A few days after I start?
