      Free Universal Studios access, discounts at CityWalk and in park, make lifelong friends

      Cons

      Uniform shoes and all day walking gave me bunions in my 20s, management is something to be desired, hours are scarce and fought over

      Great Benefits and Health insurance. Great discounts on merchandise and Park tickets.

      Pay is not the best at the start but gets better the longer you stay

      Pros

      They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

      Cons

      Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
