    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Benefits, ease of work, team atmosphere, flexible scheduling, every day is diferent, and getting to listen to ridiculous questions all day

    Cons

Compensation is not good... Minimum wage.
Management plays favorites (I've stopped trying to move up)
Sometimes guests can be quite difficult

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect and don't play favorites. We have lives too, this is not a career for all of us so stop asking like the world will end if we mess up a minute detail.

  2. "Overall pretty satisfying. Considering it's a theme park there could have been more emphasis on our core value of "fun"."

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Excellent reward and recognition culture. Very metric driven. Young and energetic environment. Everyone expected to pitch in when necessary - even senior executives. A great culture of giving back to the community. Always open to trying new things.

    Cons

Everything is a fire and needs to be addressed "yesterday". No time to enjoy sucessess. Some attractions and rides are very dated.

    Advice to Management

Continue the annual employee surveys - this is a great way to capture real feedback. Allow more time for some planning. Creative, Entertainment and Ops are always asked to execute with very little time then told to change direction at the last minute. Too much time spent on unnecessary report requests - it's not as easy as pushing a button to generate what you ask for!
