    Pros

Worked in the math department. Very good mix of people, good level of assistance with teaching and teaching prep

    Cons

No major cons, great place to work.

I worked at University of Connecticut part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Smart, hard working people that didn't let you (or at least me...) feel lost despite UConn's sprawling size. A chance to learn a lot if you're open to it.

    Cons

I'd imagine the experience varies greatly depending on where you work - if your department is good, your experience will likely be good.

    Advice to Management

Provide some additional support to the satellite campuses - it shouldn't be just be Storrs that gets funding dollars.
