The vibrant and wonderful city, the academic environment, a prestigious University.

Cons

Funding problems, not enough support in research.

Advice to Management

Do not accept a PhD student if you are not able to support his/her research.

    Flexible hours and a lot of travel benefits (at least in the research group I belonged to)

    Cons

    Pay beneath of what I expected. But in a way the other benefits compensated.
