Pros

There are some great people there, even though overall there are many problems. And, of course, the mission of serving students is wonderful.

Cons

Low pay, unbelievably expensive place to live, TERRIBLE leadership, lack of professionalism, lots of incompetence bordering on unethical behavior, deteriorating facilities, lack of vision

Advice to Management

Realize that you have to pay people fair wages to get good people, create a culture of transparency and accountability, follow through on promises, and do some serious analysis of how employees are treated.
