    Pros

It has multicultural diversity, there are many student organizations. There is really not much pros I can think about other than this.

    Cons

I am very dissatisfied with the general ambiance of the University. It has been a construction zone for the last 2 years. Not enough budget for departments, assistants dont get paid well enough to maintain decent life standards. Not enough research opportunities for social science students. Very nice physicians at the health center but no specialty doctors are present.

    Advice to Management

rather than allocating all the budget to construction, stadium etc. , they need to consider the well being of students and assistants.
