    Pros

Networking is a plus. You get to speak with different walks of life. You challenged at times to make things under pressure which makes perfect for me.

    Cons

There are really no cons for this job. Menu cycle is every four weeks. Gets boring cooking the menu items at times.

    Advice to Management

    Management is doing well

I have been working at University of Houston part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

One of my best reasons is the challenges that comes with the work. The probability to manage your time well and complete all tasks before deadline

    Cons

It could be time consuming and so demanding sometimes. The stipends is not so good to live off of it as you still have to pay your school fees from there.

    Advice to Management

I believe the management should work on improving the incentives and stipends
