    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The main academic area is pretty small, and the research activity is limited.
If you work for someone who has money, you're pretty much left alone by the other parts of campus.

    Cons

Lexington isn't great if you're not college-aged and single. Between Keeneland, UK sports, and downtown there's plenty to go and do. Just feels like you see the same people all the time.

If you're over 30 and not married or not have kids you will be looked at funny and shunned.

    Advice to Management

You con't have to put all the money into the medical center. It's okay to have stellar departments elsewhere on campus.
