Pros

Working for a university is always a good thing, you are surrounded by young people who are working on making themselves better and naturally that will spread throughout the campus. They are flexible with hours and have more of a laid back environment.

Cons

Being a state school it seems like even the smallest decisions are always committee driven. That can lead to things not changing and or things changing just for change sake. Not to mention the titles are ridiculous.

Advice to Management

Less groups about planning, and more doing
