Approves of CEO

I have been working at University of Maryland full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Good working environment with access to different research facilities. The university proactively tries to make the life of graduate students better. Being a RA allows access to state health benefits which is a great addition

Cons

Most of regulations and rules are left to "adviser discretion" which may be used in a harsh way against students, specially relating to days off and work loads
