I have been working at University of Maryland part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

enough pay to match the living expenses

    Cons

The professor under whom I worked was a wanna be perfectionist. He had no idea what he wanted and was never happy with anything.

    Advice to Management

If you want something done in the right way, make sure you define the right way instead of just asking someone to use their judgement

I worked at University of Maryland (More than a year)

    Pros

I really enjoyed working for UMD while I was a college student. It was a great team to work for and they even gave me the chance to progress my professional skills and experiences which helped me to land a great career directly outside of college.

    Cons

Limited availability to advance without a Master's Degree. A lot of positions in higher education (especially UMD) require the person to have a Master's Degree in order to advance in higher positions.
