I have been working at University of Massachusetts part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Reasonable job duties for grad students, health and dental insurance for single persons and/or families, great Union benefits and advocacy

Cons

Wages may seem a bit low for work, public institution, preferential treatment within the university for "hard" science disciplines, the weather

Advice to Management

Reconsider wages for grad students
