    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Working with student employees and mentoring them into careers. The scenary is nice. Some of the faculty care about their jobs as instructing courses.

    Cons

The faculty union is weak in that for some of the positions at the University the staff are not even paid half of what they could make elsewhere. Staff are treated like second rate citizens compared to the faculty.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the lopsidedness of faculty preference to the shitty way that staff are treated. Quit promoting stupidity and promote based off of merit.
