    I worked at University of Nevada Las Vegas part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I was an English Major so I was able to be a Writing Consultant while I complete my bachelors degree.

    Cons

    It was only a semester program. I wish it had lasted longer!

    Advice to Management

    I obtained my bachelors degree in English, so communication is my strong point. I am currently obtaining my Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Management so being organized, completing tasks in a timely manner and maintaining positive client relations is my strong point.

    Pros

    I liked working in an academic environment, and my department generally had a positive esprit de corps. The campus is lovely. Las Vegas is a fun city.

    Cons

    Lack of resources due to budget restrictions sometimes made it hard to innovate new programs for our students.
