    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The benefits are still above what the private sector offers. Ability to have a flexible schedule, flexible time off. The educational assistance is a huge plus for those who wish to pursue their education.

    Cons

I've encountered a lack of communication between departments. Some of the upper management don't seem to be very involved with their employees.

    Advice to Management

Try to open up a bit more with employees. Be more helpful in observations or critical assessments. Be more hands-on in the departments.
